Yesterday I started out with a small headache and thought it would just go away later that night but it didn’t I went to bed with a headache and went through this day with the same headache that turned into a migraine , felt nauseous, couldn’t stand light or noise. I didn’t feel like I had enough energy or strength to worship pray or praise let alone go to work. Well God worked it out so I could be home with my baby girl since she had to be home today. As single parents we don’t have anyone who can take Our kids when we aren’t feeling well we kind of have to tough it out and still make sure our kids are taken care of regardless but we serve a good good father. A father who takes good care of us. He’s so sweet.
So continuing with the story earlier I just wanted to lay down in quietness. I felt the Holy Spirit nudge me to prayer. I got on my knees and began to cry out to God. I began to declare his word in Isaiah 53:5 that by His stripes I am healed in Jesus name … I just began thanking him and saying Hallelujah and offering him praise. I kept rebuking the headache throughout the day and declaring the word of God over my body. If you’ve ever had a migraine and a menstrual period combined you know
Exactly what it’s like. As I continued to worship I felt the pressure of the headache lifting from my eyes and head… My God!!
Before I knew it my headache was gone… I couldn’t believe it. I stopped taking medicine because of side effects and just really was relying on God to heal me. Without medicine God healed me of a migraine headache of 2 days. Thank you Jesus for your healing power. I wanted to encourage you that You can rely on God to heal your body and take care of you even when you have to simultaneously take care of your kids while sick. The Lord will take care of you. Truly, He cares about you. ❤️
